They have many things going right for them, that is from the Cooks who are from Andhra, who are well seasoned in their cooking methods, then their secret spice mix and recipes makes the most difference from the other restaurants.
We tried a whole lot of dishes here starting from their famous Nizam treat, which has over 13 different varieties of small curries, comes with different preparations of chicken and for AED 28 this is one fine meal. Their Guntur chicken is another specialty here. It was my first time to try such delightful dishes, the presentation may not be that appealing but the food is top class.
Their dum biryanis are excellent. simply irresistible, the marination had soaked up perfectly, yon just cant stop biting into the fine meat. The rice is aroamatic and soft, the smell drills your senses and wants to dig in for more. The portion size is good too. We loved our Biryani experience at Fusion Amaravathi.
