So Mantouche Darna is a newly opened  healthy, quick bite restaurant serving some fantastic Arabic quick eats. Mana'eesh, fatayaer and wraps, all made freshly, best ingredients and it was pure delight to enjoy.

They use an imported top grade organic flour and you surely see the difference. The manakesh and the fatyer was light on the dough, soft and the fresh ingredients all made these light bites beautiful.

Their Shish tawook fatayer was excellent, loved the spice level on this and it comes with Omani chips sprinkled on top, this gives an additional crunch to it.  Service guys are cool, made us feel welcome and they served their best to us.

We will surely visit them when in this area next.
