You will be totally surprised by the size of this joint in a prominent area in Karama, Desi Junction is a newly opened restaurant in this area and one thing is for sure these guys are definitely going places.
The main reason I believe is the brains behind the brand or at least the culinary part of the business. Led by the well seasoned and experienced master chef who is the current a managing partner of the business knows what he is talking.

One thing they ensure is the quality of food, uncompromising in anyway, even the use of ingredients cooking methods is exemplary.

Their Dhal makhni is something they hold it close to their heart. They use traditional cooking methods and cook this over 3 days. Capturing the beautiful essence unlike no other. Another favourite is the cotton bun with kheema cheese. They use 20 different spice mixes that goes into the making of the kheema. Lovely taste, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
