Lovely Indian Dining
The newly opened Indian restaurant in Grandeur Hotel Al Barsha, is one fine looking place. They have a live band that plays daily, providing entertainment to the hungry souls that feeding on their wide selection of Desi Culinary treat.
They stay true to the namesake, Fusion, here everything from the Drinks and Food is filled with interesting fusion touches. They have an interesting selection of drinks where they have tried their mixes. Tarbooz with booze which was a Vodka/ watermelon mix, D'fusion punch which was a Tequila and beer concoction were great drinks too.
The food here is lovely, they have put in a lot of effort to bring out the fine Desi food with Fusion touches. Bharwan mushroom, Aloo corn tikki were fine dishes, loved the flavours and the portion size. On the meat side the Fish amritsari, tandoori lamp chops were fine selection that was offered to us. They have done great justice to the food presentation as well, ideal for pics before you bite it down your throat.
The looks are stunning here, the color combination, rustic looks all, add an individual element to the outlet. Service guys are excellent and on point with their heartfelt service. The guys at the bar, very friendly and always ready to mix you something fine.
