Chez Michel Is Class
This is such a trade mark restaurant, serving the best Lebanese cuisine in this area. Located right on the walk way to the ever busy Dubai world trade center exhibition halls. They have a seating capacity of over 225 people and during the exhibition season this place is thriving with people have a good time.
We started with a lemon mint and a fruit cocktail. Lemon mint was nice with strong mint taste and the fruit cocktail. Next we got the fattouch, which was nice, freshly cut ingredient, decent aroma such a delight to enjoy during the rainy season. Then we got the Chicken Liver, this was such a fine dish, liver was perfectly cook and the pomegranate sauce which was not too over powering but was giving a nice flavour to the liver. Enjoyed this with the soft bread that they give.
Next we got the mixed grill, which they serve in 1kg and a half KG. We took the half KG, which had beef, mutton, chicken, loved the flavours and the size of these meat was good, a value dish for the price. The grilled Salmon was a excellent dish, loved the grill of the fish, slightly crusted skin but perfect texture on the inside. This comes with a decent portion size of boiled vegetables.
Loved the experience so far. Then the desserts were a let down for us, the carrot cake and the creme caramel was way off the level of what you enjoy there. But apart from that it was a lovely dining experience. One more point to add here is that they serve some excellent Sheesha. The service was good here. Alex took good care of us.
We are surely coming back here when in this area for some fine Lebanese cuisine.
