One of the the Best
If Meat is your poison, then this is one of the place that you need to visit. But its not only the meat, its everything. The ambiance is stunning, the interiors are on point, giving a south american vibe, the open kitchen were the magic of grilling happens. The wonderful staff who manage the place here, the sweet music in the background all playing a fantastic tone. The views from the upper deck is lovely, overseeing the Dubai skyline.
Stared off with two drinks, non alcoholic which was Aroma of greenery and Ginger juice. Fresh taste, interesting mixes of ingredients. I loved the greenary, ginger juice was a tad bit overpowering for me.
The starters were took the guacamole and tortilla chips were excellent, our server made the guacamole dip right in front of our eyes. excellent job, perfect texture. Next we got the bakes sweet potato, avo and broccoli with yoghurt sauce and fragrant butter. People who love classy , good food, will find this place a diners paradise. Next we took the shrimp baked on open fire and garlic sauce. Grilled to light brown color, these prawns soaked on the garlic sauce was delicious.
Now the time for the mains which was Chicken grilled on their parilla, home made marination, such a delight as the smoke, flame all have captured the fine flavours within the meat, delicious. But the next was the much awaited show stopper for me. The juicy 400g Rib eye steak. My server suggested I ask for Medium done and I said medium, and man this was one of the best I have tried. The have a sauce which is whisker based adding to the already existing beautiful flavours. The cut was easy, the meat was juicy and the bite was dope. I loved it, enjoyed the meat wholly, no questions asked.
The desserts were Churros and pannacotta. Both were equally good, nothing was too sweet or overpowering to take away the fine meat flavours in the mouth. This was perfect way to end a fine dining in one of the best Restaurants in Dubai.
