Morimoto Grand
I had recently gone to the Morimoto at the posh Renaissance Downtown for a cocktail event organised by the french business organization. The entrance to this restaurant, named after the world famous Chef Morimoto is by the side of the entrance. The list takes you straight to the 23 floor, where you are greeted with the view of a large red Japanese lantern. Looking around the place is top class, elegant, the bar is modern with a wooden top, dim light and some nice music playing in the back ground.
The fun was happening on the terrace outside, the chill blowing, embraces your skin and the Dubai skyline view amazes you. You have an excellent view of the Burj Khalifa. you have a 180* degree view which amazes you.
The bar on the side is ready to make your desired mixes. They have alcoholic and non alcoholic mixes. The food served here was good too, the chefs have taken much effort to make these delicious treats. There was a live cooking station where the chefs were making a caramelized apple flambe on plancha. May be difficult to spell but the taste was exceptional.
It was a great night out in town, Morimoto is a must visit place in Dubai.
