Fantastic Italian Treat
Roberto's is a name synonymous with the fine dining lovers. The Roberto's in Abu Dhabi is such a fantastic restaurant located at the Rosewood Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The Friday brunch is some fine offering to the brunch seekers to make their Friday noon worthwhile.
The interiors were stunning, rich and royal. Wooden theme, service area, bars, private seating and much going on here. The natural light falls in well, lights the place up grand. We started off with a selection of Oysters. These were best from the sea, fresh. delicious. A gentle squeeze of the lemon, the hot sauce, sets your tastebuds on a flavour ride.
Next comes the Sharing platter, which consists of Burrata, Fried Calamari, Pizza magarita, eggplant and mixed fish tartare. Simple exceptional, all of these wonderful dishes were doing justice for the people who come here to enjoy something truly Italian. Fresh ingredients used on the burrata, long cheesy pull of the magarita, delectable fish tartare were all splendid.
Next they brought the Risotto ai Funghi and Fusseli. Again, deft touch by the Italian Chefs here, such profound dishes full of flavours. Having these we were slowly getting filled but wait, the mains are yet to follow. I took the lamb tenderloin which comes with polenta. The first bite of the lamb made me stop for a while to enjoy these amazing taste. Truly a treat if you are lamb fan. The presentation was beautiful, make the plate such a seductive feel.
The dessert were a special selection of desserts from pastry chef. The service was simply fantastic, Vlad and Soryah took good care of us. We loved our time here. This place should be on everyones bucket list of things to do in Abu Dhabi.
