They throw the normal standards away, these guys taken up fine dining to another level. The interiors are stunning, each corner is detailed and purposeful. When you draw the curtains open the gorgeous Burj Khalifa treats your eyes. The lounge area, the bar area and the various parts of the restaurant just plays a magical tune.

They launched their latest late brunch which is from 3 - 7 PM. 4 hours of royal treat, sensational food and wine, splendid service. You just dont want to leave this place. The first two courses are set and they serve it at the table. Just before that comes the fine selection of bread that is made in house. The sharing platter comes out first which consisted of Burrata, frid calamari, Pizza Robertos' with beef carpaccio, Tuna tartar  and baby lettuce salad with mandarin, pine nuts,and honey mustard dressing.

Please, let me not say anything here, but implore you to try and make it here next friday. These guys will take your dining experience to a whole another level. Followed this came their  Rissoto and tortelli. I wish I  was a cook to know how to make such terrific tasting dishes, but I guess its the chefs' secret. Magnifique this.

By now we are getting full and guess what the main course was next, you can choose one kind of protein for which I chose their ribeye steak came with stuffed bell peppers. again.... Where is the Chef.

The food quality here is world class and the service impeccable. We were served by a team, wonderful guys, Kamal, Ajay and Gaurav were through professionals. Loved their professionalism and care. The dessert serving was fine too, a beautiful selection of rum ice creme, creme cheese, chocolate and some  tropical fruits.

Now I know why Roberto's is a highly rated restaurant. I am confident if they simply continue to do the same all the time, Robertos' going to global for sure. Excellent Italian Experience.
