Abd El Wahab -An Authentic Experience

This is one place that all Lebanese Cuisine seekers will find delightful. Based in Lebanon, these guys have caught the UAE market by offering an authentic dining experience of the best that the Lebanese cuisine has to offer. I had the privilege to visit their restaurant, set in the beautiful Souk Qariat Al Beri in Abu Dubai. The views here is simply stunning, the waterfront views and the clear waters and the palm trees, well just looking at those,sends a cool note down your spine. The restaurant is beautiful, they have a area partinioned by glass for those who want to enjoy their fine selection of Shisha.

Started off with their fresh juices, refreshing and delightful. They dont have much fancy drinks, but it serves the purpose, playing the second fiddle  to the elaborate food selection here. We got the standard Hommus, and Moutable. All made fresh, best ingredients and served with  freshly baked bread. The spicy potato, which is always a favourite of mine, well these guys didn't disappoint me there. The portion sizes were good and was able to share with 3 people without a faze.

Mains consisted of shrimps provincial. bizri and Samek harra. To be honest, all of these dishes were great, each having its out distinct flavours. The fried bizri was one heck of a dish, this comes with roasted garlic potatoes. The shrimps were good too, pan friend to get the tad golden color,  mixed with cherry tomatoes, garlic and coriander. Loved this perfectly served dish.

We loved our time here, pity we couldn't try their desserts as we were making another stop for the sweet indulgence. Service was good, friendly staff, lovely vibes, all adding to a great experience.
