Wave breaker Wonder
This was one of the fun days I had in a long while and thanks to Wave Breaker at the Hilton Jumeirah the good moments will linger for a long while. The surrounding is stunning, a typical but beautiful beachfront property. The walk from the main entrance adds to the experience, sort of a treasure hunt. Walk your way through trees on cobble stone steps, the slope leading towards the white sands and clear blue water was magic. You will fall in love with this place from the get go.
We were met by some cool people who work here, friendly and always sporting a smile. You can choose to sit outdoors, where about 300 people can easily sit and about 50 or so on the inside. We chose to sit inside. Ordered some freshly made juices, with berry, there was two types of drinks made by the head bartender, loved the fresh flavours of the mixed berries, this was perfectly setting the palate for us to enjoy the delicious dishes here.
The Wild mushroom soup was dope, loved the taste, you can easily smell the fresh, rich earthy taste of the premium mushrooms. This comes with a garlic bread, which dipped is a pure joy to enjoy. Next we got the buffalo wings and this was one of their specialty the spicy bbq sauce was a tasty kick, we get on hogging this and from what we had so far, we know that these guys are serious about their food offering too. Excellent.
The mains we got the famed fish and chips and their signature ultimate burger. While my wife enjoyed the beautiful fish and chips I was have an fully immersive experience with my burger. That was premium quality meat which is a pure carnivore's pleasure. Do I have to say, tomatoes, onion, gherkins and much more to mention , which all goes into making one of the best burgers. You will surely love this one.
We still had space for dessert and we were suggested by Cates, who looked after us well, to order the Chocolate ore peanut butter cake. We enjoyed this decadent serving of a fulfilling happiness. This was not overly sweet but was striking a perfect balance. We honestly didn't want to leave this place, its that we had another engagement that we have to leave. You come here with your casual dress or beach wear, sit and enjoy the fantastic views, service and the wonderful food here. You will be met by some amazing guys here, like Shan and James, who make this place a joy.
