Pirating For More At Marina
This in one hidden gem in Dubai marina. A sensational seafood place, serving an amazing variety of Seafood primarily. Beautifully set, with seafaring elements donning the restaurant. The outdoor seating is pleasant and the view of the Marina is priceless.
These guys keep it simple, not much fancy but what they offer here is exceptional quality Seafood made with passion. I started off with their signature seafood salad, fresh ingredients, mussels, clams, squids, jumbo prawns, served with fresh garden salads, topped with orange slices. This was beautiful, loved it.
Next I got their oven fried prawns, these were massive tiger prawns, set on a nice sauce made from several reductions, thick but with a dip of the prawns, this was delish. You wont expect such an offering from a place like this, but Sir, these guys nailed it. Lovely
For the main I wanted to check their surf and turf which had beef tenderloin and prawns. Another fine treat here, the beef was fine, lacked a bit of flavour but the meat choice was good. The views from the Pirate is stunning, the waterfront gives a true sense of being a pirate but with forks.
The food quality is wonderful, undoubtedly but the service can improved a bit to encourage engagement with customers. Overall its a fine place for Seafood fix.
