You Are A Winner At The Trophy Room
My wife had I had gone to The Trophy Room at Fairmont Dubai and I'd tell you, it was such a great time here. The Restopub is lively, with large flatscreen around the place showcasing all the live sports that was happening. Perfect lighting, seating area, music, laughter, all were having a good time.
They have a curved bar in the corner and by the looks of it that have a great selection of drinks there. Really a good vibe already. Sheena was taking good care of us from the time we got it, She was such a pleasing personality.
We started off with their signature drinks the Hat trick and the home run. The former being a rum based and the other vodka based. Take it from me, you will love these too. The aroma and taste is too good. You dont get drunk on these but you get to enjoy amazing flavours of the individual ingredients. The mixologist Artchi is a man on magic, he makes some good stuff to enjoy. You need to see this guy, he will surely make you smile.
We started with a chicken soup and the sticky prawns. They chicken soup was the soup of the day but since we asked the team was kind enough to make us one. Loved that, along with the sticky prawns with the spicy dip. Delicious, The portions were good too.
I am a big burger fan and I jumped onto the Beast 2.0, which was an amazing burger. served with their signature bun, which has 2 wagyu and duck fat patties, cheese, tomatoes, truffle aioli mustard dips served with fries. This was massive in many levels. The size was one, the then meat patty the bun and most importantly the taste, man these were really good. Loved it. You can taste the freshness of the beaf. This can be easily shared with two people. I dare you to go for it, this you will surely love.
For the desserts we had the Rocher and the Raspberry bread pudding. Loved the art that had gone into making the Rocher, which comes encased in a hard chocolate coat and inside you get a tad solid chocolate mouse. The pudding was another fine mix of ingredients, not sweet at all. We love when desserts are not too sweet so we can enjoy.
