Seville's Sensation
Seville's in Wafi is one of the first Spanish restaurant in the region. which they boldly say. Any business that has survived so long in this region must be doing something right. Yes. they have been doing many things right for over many decades. The food is spectacular and wide variety of menu, stunning ambiance, indoor and out, live music and much more.
I had recently visited them for the Seville's Thursday Night Latin Drunch. For AED 250 this was worth the full money spent here. They have a decent selection of Salads and Desserts, all neatly presented indoors. You get the full feel of being in a Spanish villa, all bright red and yellow in color and intermittent shades of Green.
They even made the largest Paella on that day and I had the privilege to see it being made by the talented team of chefs. Large round pan, they threw in kilos of Cuttlefish, Prawns, shrimps and many beautiful ingredients that made the Paella so flavorful.
They had a wide selection of meat and BBQ on their spread. Freshly made Civiche a fresh mix of Tuna and Shrimp dressed with slices of greens, on citrus juice was interesting. Moreover, we got on to dig in from the meat items, chicken on skewers, Beef and much more. Fresh meat, well marinated and your bite takes you to another taste levels. The Beef and the Lamb was top class. You can get any better meat that what was here. Succulent and Delicious. Need to mention about the large pit they have to make the Paella, one of the biggest cooking pits that I have seen. You can sit around that area and get warm from the heat emiting from the bit. All of this adds to the outdoor adventure of being here under the open skies, soaking in the atmosphere.
Tacos, Tacos, Tacos, There was a wide variety to choose from as well. The service was excellent here. The day we went it was a packed night, but the staff were cheerful and all in smiles. We realy loved it here. The manager Dante was kind enough to visit us at the table and check on us, this showed professionalism and personalized service.
Seville is holding its class, quality and fun that its known for. Come on people the Drunch is still the 12th of December, so please run and make your booking. Seville Is Sensational.
