Yalumba Magic

I had the opportunity of visiting the Yalumba Family Brunch during the weekend and to be honest that was one of the finest Family Brunches that I have ever been. This was heavily promoted through Radio, Print and Digital and it worked as the place was packed to the brim. The place was filled with families, such a cool scene, albeit manic to the staff, it was fun.

The best part of this was that they make Kids a main focus at the Brunch, having a separate area where they can make pancakes, pizza, cup cakes added by 2 segments of magic shows, colouring and sweets to keep them going. It was made fun and cute by the addition of giving them an Apron and a chef's Hat, which they all donned with joy and posing for pictures. The music was perfect adding to the Saturday vibe and the staff all got into the game by wearing marvel costumes and they were very engaging with the kids too.

Started off with a nice mix of Orange and Pineapple drink, very refreshing and having taken a walk around was wondering where to start. There was a decent selection of Salads and fresh veggis cut, walking a bit further you got a tray for smoked salmon and next to it varieties of Sushi, which was flying off the shelve and it was kept refilled by the staff. There was a variety of veg options too, so no one is left out. There was a areas for Dim sum, dumplings, beef, fish, chicken varieties too.

For the kids there was donuts, sandwiches, small burgers, pizzas and varieties of homemade ice cremes. There was something for everyone in this place. Kids were having fun here and there was sure delight in the parents faces seeing their children having a good time. Coming back to the food there was a perfect selection of Roast beef, Lamb, Chicken and Baked fish along with grilled potatoes, Beetroot as well. The selection of sauces was good too, I really enjoyed the perfect roast of these beauties, went for seconds as well and hope it says how fantastic it was. Next to this was the burger station which was well presented with different varieties of them. The sizes were of a slider but nevertheless it was good.

The Food quality here was top class, they have not compromised on the quality of food and ingredients. It's very evident in all the dishes, They have maintained their 5 STAR quality without measure and for AED 119 this is magnificent.

The service here was top class, despite the place being manic the staff held their composure and made your the customers are having a great time. Lasitha and his colleague kept checking on us and made sure we had enough soft drinks/ juices with us and kept clearing the tables very quickly. Mr. Nandana who runs this place is a pure hospitality man, got few moments to chat up with him, despite the busy day he spent sometime with us on the table, which we really appreciate.

Overall we had one of the finest afternoons in a long while, YALUMBA, really stole our hearts and we are definitely coming back again, probably in October with more friends. Thank for the great time guys. Lets Go Yalumba!!!
