The Super Seed In Here


This place is wholly dedicated for the super seed - Chia. Really amazing, that the owners believe int his seed so much that have set up this cute place, I have heard about this seed but not have given much deep interest, until I came here and then I became a believer. I didnt know that it has 200 % more Iron than spinach, 700% more Omega than salmon,1400 % more magnesium than broccoli. These they strong say, which I am confident is backed by studies and reach.

The interior is really cool, and vibrant, they have areas with big lazy boys to sit, large TV, book to read, games to play, and a well designed menu to cater varieties using the magic seed. We started with having the Burj Khaleechm which was a mix of mango, peech, lychee and rose water and with some seeds. Then we had the Poison, which was a mix of lemon, mint, pineapple, and ginger.. both the drinks were, fresh, delicious, The presentation was dope with the glass blubs, which was great on the pics. The salads was next on the menu, Seven emirates salads and Kojo salad.  To be honest, I enjoyed both the salads. The ingredients were fresh, made fresh, the mix of items and the dressings were perfect. Good to know these were healthy stuff and doesn't make you feel guilty and at the same time, does make you feel full. Perfect dishes using the super seed.

The primarina hummus was perfect, not too think, they have mix beetroot to get the red color, fantastic with freshly cut sticks of cucumber, carrot and celery, excellent. I wanted some bread and unfortunately they didnt have, which I guess is a good thing, given the nature of the healthy eating focus here. Next was the Mighty thor sandwich, which was had chicpeas, avocado, mayo tumeric, kale comes neatly covered in ciabatta bread. fantastic... you gotta try this sandwich, excellent. They have a decent variety of desserts made from using the seed. I tried the atlastis and jafliya. Loved both.

Here I had a great time, and got an opportunity to taste the dishes made from using the Chia seed. come and try here, and get on the healthy lifestyle trend.. The service was good, Helen was very efficient and friendly, made us feel like home here.
