Chili's All  The Way

If you have been in Dubai for a long while and If you are person who loves to enjoy food, the chances are you would have at least once eaten from one of the Chili's outlets. We have been Chili's staunchest soldiers for over 15 years and we loved it every time that we have had. The story of Chili's which is now a global brands go back to its early days back in 1975, where they opened their first restaurant in a converted post office in Dallas, Texas. Starting to give our burgers, ribs and Fajitas' over a cool beer, is now present in nearly 32 countries and such is the tradition of this establishments.

We had recently gone there with of 7 adults and 2 kids. It was during the Eid weekend and it was packed, we had to wait for about 15 minutes will a space large enough to accommodate us all opened up. Most of us preferred to go for the bottomless one of my friends went for the Margarita. which was nice lime lemon mix with salt on the rim of the glass. Then we moved on to place the orders for the main. They included Monterrey chicken, Mix Fajita, Melted Pepper Jack Rib eye, Beef Ribs, Santa fe Quesadilla.

To be honest we loved all what we had here, excellent portion sizes and full of flavours. You would love eating here all day long. The Quesadilla was nice, the flour tortilla stuffed with sliced marinated chicken with home made, with corn and black bean salsa. This just brings out the Mexican flavours in abundance. The Mix fajita was a new entry to the menu, here you have a choice of grilled chicken, steak or shrimps, either you can choose two or three. This comes in a sizzling pan with caramelized onion, veggies and chiptole garlic butter. This is deconstructed and gets you in the play to make you own fajita and enjoy. Again, it was perfect to share.

Chilis' has always got your back when you want to have steaks/ ribs at pocket friendly price. The men went for melted pepper Jack ribeye, we always go for medium, where you get to see a bit of pink if the centre but juicy in each bite. The meat was perfect, loved it, you get to order 2 sides as well. I went for my all time favourite Ribs and I was in a hungry mode, so I went for the 2 racks. Man, this baby has been cooking for so long and perfect. The smokey flavours have captured in each bite, the meat was beautiful as it falls off the bones. Same ol taste that brings years of exceptional flavours. The corn and the chips well, as old as they can be, never goes out of style and this is one of the reason we keep coming here.

We will always have good memories of Chili's. The good moments, celebrated events and friends who we took out for dinner, will always encompass the feel good factors of Chili's. Loved the service here and we will always be coming back for more good times.
