Lets Go BBQ!!!


We were recently invited by BBQ Delights to enjoy their summer buffet, so we went there on Friday evening around 8 pm and thrilled to see the place was packed, luckily we had our tables reserved with my name on, that was a personal touch, nicely done by the team. I am been to other BBQ Delights location and have enjoyed myself and to see them move to a mall and that too having a seating of 200 ppl is a way of saying'  We are here to stay" They have perfected the way to offer excellent Desi cuisine at an affordable price. It nice nice to see a varied mix of nationalities enjoying the food here. The restaurant was well designed, with flashy wall murals showing off the Pakistani's graffiti. There are few cool display elements throughout the place.

We started off by ordering a mango lassi and a plain lassie. Both were fresh, thick and delicious. You can feel the fresh mango taste on the lassie. They brought in the pani puri and Dhai Puri, great spice levels, there pani puri you can pour your desired combination. Loved it. The food spread was decent. They had a corner for salads having over 7 varieties.  My fav was the beetroot salad and the garden salad. They had a section for breads, varieties of chicken, lamb ribs, biriyani, varieties of curries, varieties of Kebab and a selection of Desserts.

I loved the Beef Nehari. I highly recommend this. slow cooked for 4 hours, this decent size steak was so soft and tender, with the spices taking hold. Loved the flavours of this. The butter chicken and dhal was fantastic with the naan. really wonderful flavours. Even the kebabs were fine, mutton seekh kebab was my favorite of the lot. There even had fried fish and prawns, the batter was a bit hard on the these but you can still enjoy the taste of the prawns. The rest of the dish were good, you will not see lines of lines of menu spread, but what you find here is a variety of dishes that will fill your tummy and heart and very soft on your wallet. This is the place for the entire family .

We loved the customize service these guys offer, always with a smile, cleaning and replacing with new cutlery. Every now and then the manager Shaeer, checks on you, always with a smile and cheer. The rest of the staff too, extending the same courtesy to all. It was noisy, desi songs on the back ground and people talking aloud, just a look around gives you a feel that everyone is having a good time. This place, undoubtedly, is a place for good times. Wishing these guys the very best.
