This Place Is On Fire
Opened recently in Jumeirah, Atmosfire is one of a kind restaurant. Nice catchy sign on the outdoors, where you give your car for valet and enter in, they have to open the door from inside as its kept locked tight to the air doesn't get sucked in. Once you step in you will be amazed by the layout and interiors, a massive round table set around the pit, where all the grilling happens. The giant brick chimney is so impressive and might, your eyes keep scanning the enormity of it. The amazing thing here is that you doesn't smell the smoke coming from the pits, as these are made from the latest technology that sucks the smoke high into the chimney and that lets the profound aroma around the restaurant.
Once we were led to our seats our server Von, took us through the menu and explained how the whole thing works and all. When it came to ordering the drinks they dont just have your run off the mill stuffs. They have done their research and added passion to bring out the past to the present. Shrubs are extracted from fruity concentration which through various process its prepped using sugar, vanilla, etc.. Just having this takes you back in time. How you drink is that these flavoured mixes are kept in small bottle, poured into the glass of sparking water and stir it and man, what you get is a magical fusion of flavours. Honestly I have not had anything made in such a concoction. I took the red berries which was a mix of strawberries, raspberry and vanilla bean. Loved it.
To proceed further we ordered the Mango chili prawns and sticky Angus rib meat. The presentation was fine and the dish fantastic, sensational looking and smart choice of getting the ingredients right. The prawns, which was spicy but counter balanced with ripe mango pieces, and the perfectly grilled prawns was adoring. The rib meat was fine, succulent, the pepper salsa was adding extra flavours to the ribs. loved them both. As of now are being enthralled of whats being offered here. Next to the pit, we tried the BBQ short ribs and beef brisket. Okay, we have had many such meat varieties, cuts, cooked into various methods. We simply loved these dishes. The beef brisket was so tender, lovely marination and it was something special. The ribs, well it was full hands on, biting and chewing through. These premium cuts were amazing, the chefs know that they were doing, giving out best quality BBQ meat. The fire pit chicken was well grilled. The half chicken out skin was perfectly crisp and you can easily fork into the meat. I honestly have no complaints about the food here.
Overall it was a wonderful experience here, the place, the people were too fantastic. The crowd lively and everyone was having a good time. A shout out to Von, who was full of smiles and a great serving heart, we loved our time here and we surely are coming back here.
